🌸 Handcrafted Variations

  • Many of our garments feature hand embroidery, artisanal detailing, and bespoke tailoring.

  • As each piece is created with human skill and care, minor variations in stitch, motif placement, or finish are natural and a hallmark of authenticity—not a defect.

🎨 Colour Representation

  • We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible on our website and digital platforms.

  • However, due to lighting conditions, screen resolutions, and photography, a 5–10% variation in shade may occur between what you see and the actual garment.

🧵 Fabrics & Textures

  • Our fabrics are sourced from premium mills and weaves, but natural slubs, weave irregularities, or texture variations may be present. These are characteristics of fine textiles and not flaws.

🧼 Wash Care & Maintenance

  • Embellished or embroidered garments should be dry cleaned or gently hand washed only. Avoid machine washing, scrubbing, or wringing to preserve fabric and detailing.

  • Non-embellished garments may be machine washed on gentle cycles unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Jashmanara will not be liable for damages caused due to improper handling, washing, or storage by the customer.

🚚 Delivery & Handling

  • All estimated delivery timelines are approximate. While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays due to logistics or force majeure events are beyond our control.

  • Once a product is delivered and signed for, responsibility for its care passes to the customer.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

  • Jashmanara’s responsibility is limited to the value of the garment purchased.

  • We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential issues including but not limited to colour perception, minor handcrafted variations, courier delays, or improper aftercare.
