Orders & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 72 hours of purchase.

  • Within 24 hours → Full refund.

  • Between 24–72 hours → Small deduction applies if refunded to the original payment method. Refunds to your Jashmanara Wallet are penalty-free.

  • After 72 hours → Cancellations are not allowed as production usually begins.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Minor changes such as size adjustments may be possible if you contact us within 24 hours. Beyond that, modifications depend on the production stage and will be handled case by case.


Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Non-embroidered garments: 5–9 working days.

  • Embroidered or embellished couture: 7–12 working days.
    We’ll send you tracking details once your order is shipped.

Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free across India.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver across India. International shipping will be announced soon.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can track directly through the courier partner’s website.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

Do you offer COD?
Yes. We follow a Partial COD policy. Customers must pay 10% of the order value in advance, and the rest can be paid at delivery.

Why do you ask for a 10% advance?
Because our garments are high-value, this small advance helps us avoid fake orders and ensures smooth deliveries.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery (3 days for Diamond customers). For international orders, the window is 3 days (7 days for Diamond customers).

Which items are not returnable?

  • Customized couture (made-to-measure designs)

  • Jewellery & accessories

  • Warehouse-sale products

  • Garments that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags

What condition should the item be in?
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact. They must pass a quality check before approval.

Are there return handling charges?
Yes.

  • India: ₹200 or 5% of product value (whichever is higher).

  • International: USD $50 or 20% of product value (whichever is higher).

  • Customers with a >40% return rate may face higher handling charges.

How do I initiate a return/exchange?

  • Log in to your Jashmanara account → Order History → Request Return.

How are returns picked up?

  • For Indian orders, we’ll attempt a reverse pickup within 2–4 working days.

  • If your pincode is not serviceable, you’ll need to self-ship to our warehouse and share the tracking details.

  • For international orders, we’ll provide return labels and courier instructions.


Refunds

Where will I get my refund?

  • Most refunds are credited to your Jashmanara Wallet.

  • Diamond customers may request refunds to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item passes quality checks.

What happens if I reject the delivery?
If you refuse delivery, the order is treated as Return to Origin (RTO). A 15% deduction applies, and the balance will be refunded to your original payment source.


Products & Customization

Do you offer customized sizing or designs?
Yes. We specialize in made-to-measure couture. Contact us with your requirements before placing your order.

What fabrics do you use?
We work only with premium fabrics such as rich silks, heritage weaves, luxe cottons, breathable linens, and artisanal blends.

Will the colours of the garment look exactly the same as online?
We make every effort to photograph products true to colour, but a 5%–10% variance may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.


Packaging & Care

How will my order be packaged?
Every Jashmanara garment is delivered in luxury packaging, carefully wrapped to reflect the elegance of the brand.

How should I care for my garment?

  • Embroidered/embellished pieces: Dry clean or gentle hand wash only.

  • Non-embellished pieces: Can be machine washed.
    Full care instructions are included with each product.
