Purchase Order Policy


1. Introduction

The domain www.jashmanara.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Mushkiya Lifestyle Pvt Ltd. By placing an order through this Site, you agree to be bound by this Purchase Order Policy along with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Returns Policy.

2. Invitation of Offer & Acceptance

  • All products and information displayed on our Site are an invitation to offer, not a binding offer.

  • When you place an order, it constitutes your offer to purchase.

  • Acceptance of your order occurs only upon dispatch of the product(s). Until dispatch, Jashmanara reserves the right to accept or reject your order.

  • Orders may be accepted partially (if certain products are unavailable); the remaining items will continue as an open offer until confirmed or cancelled.

3. Custom Orders

  • Customized / made-to-measure garments are accepted only after advance confirmation and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production begins.

  • Partial COD applies: minimum 10% advance is required for all custom or COD orders.

4. Exactness Not Guaranteed

  • Many of our garments are handcrafted and hand-embroidered, and slight variations in colour, embellishment, or finish are natural features—not defects.

  • Product colours may vary by 5–10% depending on screen display and lighting conditions.

  • Alterations may be required for the perfect fit, as sizing can differ across styles and fabrics.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on our Site are listed in INR and are inclusive of all domestic taxes.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing, apply offers, or withdraw discounts without prior notice.

  • Payments for prepaid orders are collected in full at checkout. For COD, our Partial COD Policy applies.

6. Delivery & Risk

  • Delivery timelines are estimates; Jashmanara will not be liable for delays caused by courier partners, festive surges, or force majeure events.

  • If incorrect address or contact details are provided by the customer, re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

  • Once an order is delivered and signed for, ownership of the product passes to the customer.

7. Liability

  • Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the garment(s) purchased.

  • Jashmanara is not liable for indirect or consequential losses including missed events, courier delays, or dissatisfaction with minor handcrafted variations.

8. Mispricing & Availability

  • In the rare case of pricing errors or unavailability, Jashmanara reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

9. Miscellaneous

  • Customers are requested to carefully read product descriptions and policies before placing an order.

  • By proceeding with a purchase, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to our order terms.
