Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
At Jashmanara, every garment is crafted with precision and care. Since many of our styles are made-to-order, we have a clear and transparent policy for cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
Cancellations
We allow cancellations within 72 hours of placing an order.

Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund, either to your original payment method or to your Jashmanara Wallet.

Cancellations made between 24–72 hours will incur a small deduction if refunded to the original source of payment. If you choose a wallet refund, no deduction will apply.

After 72 hours, cancellations are not permitted as production usually begins. However, in exceptional cases, you may write to us at contactus@jashmanara.com, and if accepted, a deduction will apply on refunds to the original source. Wallet refunds remain free from deductions.
If an order is refused at delivery (Return to Origin), a partial deduction will be applied, and the balance will be refunded to the original source of payment.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only within a short window after delivery, as our garments are high-value and often customized.

For India orders, requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product (Diamond members get 3 days).

For international orders, the window is 3 days (Diamond members get 7 days).
Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and with original tags intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not qualify for return or exchange. Customized pieces, jewellery, accessories, warehouse-sale items, and reshipped products are not eligible.
Return handling charges apply and vary depending on order type and location. For international orders, shipping and duty fees are also non-refundable. For Partial COD orders, the prepaid advance is non-refundable if delivery fails due to refusal or unavailability.
Refunds
Most refunds are credited to your Jashmanara Wallet for easy reuse. In special cases, such as for Diamond members, refunds may be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are always subject to quality checks and will be processed within 7–10 working days once the returned product is approved.
Process
To initiate a return or exchange, you may log in to your Jashmanara account and raise a request under Order History, email us at contactus@jashmanara.com, or WhatsApp us at +91 8929136261.

For India orders, we will attempt a reverse pickup within 2–4 working days. If your area is unserviceable, you will need to self-ship to the address provided.

For international orders, we will share shipping labels and instructions within 24–48 hours.
Once your item reaches us, it will undergo quality checks. If approved, the refund or exchange will be processed; if rejected, the item will be shipped back to you.
Important Notes

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with an uncut parcel-opening video from all angles.

Products can only be reshipped once after return. If refused again, Jashmanara reserves the right to apply additional deductions on refunds.
